Chris is an outgoing and friendly member of the World Gym team. His passion is being able to educate and help people achieve amazing results around their lifestyle, health, fitness or athletic performance. Seeing clients succeed and progress so far makes coming to work each day a pleasure. Chris consistently achieves incredible results through applying current research and science to clients programs, helping them achieve their health, fitness and performance goals safely and efficiently. He has spent 5.5 years at university learning everything about training and exercise and how it can benefit everyone from healthy populations to chronic conditions and injuries.
I’m here to motivate, educate and push you towards the goals and dreams you once thought unreachable. Together we will set new goals, make plans and take action to break through boundaries that used to hold you back.
